Our amphora red from Vranac and Kratošija — dark, wild and savoury. Buried-clay ageing gives it a smooth, sun-warmed depth you don't find in conventional reds.
Kotso is Jablan at full voice: Vranac and Kratošija, spontaneously fermented and aged in qveri amphoras and barique barrels. Blackberry and dried fig meet Mediterranean scrub, wild herbs and a touch of clay. The tannins are soft and the finish is long and savoury — a red for a long table and good company.

Our Orange is sold out. If you wish to try - please pass by! A delicate amphora wine with a soft blush — skin-contact and spontaneous, aged in buried Georgian qveri. Floral and gently grippy, made to be poured slowly on a warm evening.
